The 2021 National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference (“Event”) is provided by the National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization (“NAITCO”).
NAITCO uses the services of third-party vendors, including a video streaming service and a virtual hosting provider, to facilitate access to the Event. NAITCO may provide your name, company, and email address listed on your Event registration to hosting providers as needed to facilitate your access to the Event. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the virtual hosting provider in order to access the virtual platform for the Event.
You are encouraged to visit the booths of Event sponsors. NAITCO does not share your contact details with individual sponsors, but you have the ability to do so by a “Virtual Badge Scan.” If you choose to share your personal information with a sponsor, the individual sponsor, and not NAITCO or the virtual platform, is responsible for how they process the data that you share with them. Please note, however, that even if you do not agree to a Virtual Badge Scan, if you visit the virtual booth of a sponsor, your name and company (but no other contact details) will be made known to the sponsor.
